This was more than a graphic UI UX design job... There was nothing before me, nothing. Only an Idea on the client's head. I had to listen to him carefully for days as he explained to me the ideal behind this very institution, the bureaucratic requirements, the lore, the science, the theory... I imagined how such and app would lookalike without having any idea how it actually worked. This is the result.
